Custom Austrack Camper Lithium Battery System

We recently worked on this Austrack Camper, installing a custom Lithium Battery System, here’s what we fitted:

• Enerdrive ePower B-TEC 200AH Lithium Battery
• New System Control Panel
• Redarc Manager30 (customer supplied) 

The Install:

To start with, we tested the existing system in the camper trailer, there was an issue with the existing lithium batteries not holding a charge. It was discovered that the current batteries were faulty and needed to be replaced. Most of the wiring was also poorly managed so the decision was made to pull the whole system out and rebuilt it properly from scratch. 

To start with the old faulty batteries were removed and the original control panel removed. From there the new Enerdrive 200Ah battery was installed and the wiring was upgraded and tidied to suit the new lithium battery setup. The technician also built a new custom panel which would house the display panel for the Redarc Manager30, switches and gauges for various lights and accessories around the camper. 

Once the system was installed it was all programmed to ensure optimum performance. Then this Austrack Camper was all powered up and ready to hit the road!
