Austrack Camper Off-Grid Lithium Battery System

This fit-out features a MASSIVE 400Ah of Gen2 Lithium Batteries from and we added an extra 500W of solar panels to the roof.

Here’s a list of everything that we installed:

– 2x Enerdrive 200Ah Gen2 BTEC Lithium Batteries

– 2x 160W Enerdrive Solar Panels

– 180W Enerdrive Solar Panels

– Enerdrive ePower 2600W Inverter

– Enerdrive DC2DC 40+ Charger

– Enerdrive 40 Amp 240V Charger

– Enerdrive ePro Battery Monitor

– Morning Star TriStar 45A Solar Regulator

The Install:

To start with the old system was removed and the existing flexible solar panels were removed from the roof. From there the new Enerdrive 200Ah batteries were installed and the wiring was upgraded and to suit the new lithium system. We installed all the various charging and management components and installed the monitors in the existing control panel.

On the roof we installed the three Enerdrive solar panels when the old panels had been previously. The existing panels were relocated to one of the rear panels and wired into the battery system. Once the system was installed it was all programmed to ensure optimum performance. Then this Austrack Camper was all powered up and ready to hit the road!
