Today we completed a Towing Set Up on a Land Rover Discovery and Golf Savannah 578 Caravan ​

For this Land Rover Discovery and Golf Savannah 578 Caravan Towing Set Up​, we installed:

• Redarc TowPro Elite V3
• Safety Dave Rear Vision Camera Kit
• Enerdrive Voltage Sensitive Relay
• Grey Anderson Plug

The grey Anderson plug connecting to the caravan is used for the charging circuit that runs cables from the vehicle to the caravan. This connection used to charge the batteries in the caravan via the car’s starting battery while driving. The batteries are separated via the Enerdrive VSR which protects the vehicle’s starting battery from going flat when the vehicle is not running. To read more about Anderson Plugs, click here!
