Today we fitted out a Toyota Hiace LWB with a Custom Pilot Vehicle Fit-out.

More Details:

First off, the customer supplied us with a sign that they wanted to be installed on the roof of the Toyota Hiace. We adjusted the roof racks to suit the fitment. The customer also had to beacons on the roof of the vehicle. We replaced these with 2 x programmable led beacons and wired them with OEM style switch in the dash.

Our technicians also fitted a UHF unit and mounted the aerial in a practical position as directed by the customer.

The customer also took advantage of our special 3-hour free labour on Dual Battery installations offer that we had running for the months of June and July. We fitted our own custom battery box the ‘Big Red’, behind the seat of the vehicle.

We wired the ‘Big Red’ battery box to the start battery for ultimate charging operations and fitted multiple relays and fuse box to battery box for all auxiliary lights and operations.

Furthermore, a 36 Led Lightbar onto the roof racks (as you can see in the pictures). This was wired up via high bean switches with OEM style switch located on the dash. We also supplied and fitted Wig Wag module to the vehicle, wired accordingly and via OEM style switch in the dash.
