Recently we fitted out a Toyota Prado 120 Series Dual Battery System

On this Toyota Prado 120 Series Dual Battery System we installed:

• Under bonnet battery tray
• Supercharge All-Rounder 105Ah battery
• Thunder 20A DC-DC Charger
• 2x Grey Anderson Plugs
• 12V Cigarette Power Socket

To start we installed the battery tray and SuperCharge All Rounder 105Ah battery. Next, the technician installed the Thunder 20A DCDC charger to charge the auxiliary battery. We then installed an Anderson Plug near the auxiliary battery for solar input. The customer had a regulated folding solar panel so the Anderson Plugs could be wired directly to the auxiliary battery via an inline fuse. 

To power the customer’s accessories, we installed a Grey Anderson plug and 12 Volt cigarette socket into the left hand side rear luggage compartment. We then fitted a stereo system that was supplied by the customer.
